Booking Changes & On-Hold Policy

• Free date change or booking hold up to 24 hours before service time.
• A convenience fee of ₹299 applies for changes made within 24 hours of service time.

Booking Cancellation

• Bookings may be cancelled at any time.
• Advance payments are non-refundable.

What Is “On Hold”?

• Allows you to pause your booking without cancelling it.
• You have up to 6 months to select a new service date.
• Extensions beyond 6 months are available at ₹10 per day.
